Beatriz Chevez has been in the real estate business for almost a decade, licensed and serving clients in the DC, MD, and VA area. As a DMV native, she is intimately familiar with the various pockets and neighborhoods in the area. With strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the market and the buying and selling process, and her passion to serve her clients, Beatriz is well-known for her diligent representation of clients from start to finish.

In addition to being a licensed relator in the DMV, Beatriz is also a Certified Residential Specialist with the Residential Real Estate Council, demonstrating strict adherence to the code of ethics and outstanding professional achievement.

Beatriz lives in College Park with her husband. In her free time, she loves to travel, hike, spend time with her parents and in-laws, and try new restaurants and cuisines with her self-proclaimed foodie husband.
